Job Description

A successful Inside Sales Representative at Altran is articulate, genuine and highly persistent. With a goal-driven mindset, tenacity and competitive nature, the Inside Sales Associate is an integral part of our sales team by identifying and initiating contact with potential clients to schedule meetings.

This role will be the primary Inside Sales contact for Lohika, a new member to the Altran Group.

Lohika is a premier software engineering firm whose elite engineering teams help accelerate the development of renowned software and SaaS products from established companies to fast growing start-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation through prospecting and campaign phone calling
  • Identification and pursuit of targeted accounts based on industry plan and individual goals
  • Schedule sales calls/meetings for the Lohika Senior Management, Business Development and Technical Support with prospects and clients
  • Build relationships with targeted contacts and emerging companies
  • Meet defined activity quotas (calls/meetings) per compensation plan

  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with other functions across the company employees as needed (marketing, business development, industry management)

Qualifications

  • A natural propensity for technology with the ability to quickly understand and clearly articulate the Lohika value proposition

  • 1-2 years of lead generation through outbound calling or inside sales experience

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools

  • Must work well under pressure

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
